Yes. We call this our Wedding Management service because successful wedding days require thoughtful preparation beforehand. We step in before the wedding to organize logistics, confirm vendors, and make sure everything runs smoothly.
Do you offer wedding management or day-of coordination?
Yes. We coordinate rental orders, delivery schedules, and vendor arrival times so everything is set up exactly as planned.
Do you coordinate rentals and vendor deliveries?
Yes! We plan weddings throughout the Hudson Valley and Catskills and are always happy to travel for the right celebration.
Do you travel?
Absolutely. You’ll make the meaningful decisions — the venue, the vendors, and the experience you want for your guests. We handle the research, logistics, and coordination that bring it all together.
Will I still have control over my wedding if I hire your team as my planner?
Venue coordinators focus on the venue and their internal operations. Our team manages the entire wedding — vendors, logistics, timelines, design details, and the overall guest experience — so everything works together seamlessly.
What makes you different than a venue coordinator?
Most couples begin working with us 12–18 months before their wedding weekend, especially if they are planning in the Hudson Valley or Catskills where venues and vendors book quickly. However, we’re happy to step in at different stages of the planning process depending on your needs.
