We begin with an in-depth consultation where we learn about you, your event needs, and ideas. With this knowledge we prepare a proposal catered to you and design the perfect event exactly how YOU want it. Together we will finalize the concepts and we will work to recruit only the best vendors.
Your planner will also handle communication between the venue, caterer, DJ, photographer, and the couple’s parents to ease any unwanted anxiety as all the details come together.

This service is for couples who have planned a weekend wedding experience, beyond their wedding day. This can include welcome dinners, farewell brunches and even on site activities. Our coordinators will help you manage the entire weekend wedding experience.
We will share vendor recommendations, help you create the overall vision and execute your weekend wedding experience. Even, if that means you need an extra set of hands warming up the food for your welcome dinner, or finding a yoga instructor for your guests Sunday morning.

This service is for couples who have already planned our their wedding. Our trained and experienced wedding coordinators are available to make sure your plans are facilitated without a hitch!
About 12 weeks prior to your wedding, your coordinator will begin familiarizing themselves with your wedding plans. We will create a detailed timeline that outlines all your wedding details. One month before your wedding we will take over communication and management of your vendors. The day before your wedding we will coordinate your ceremony rehearsal. On the wedding day we ensure that your plans are carried out smoothly and any problems are handled discreetly if they may arise.

Being a bride and planning a wedding is an overwhelming task to say the least. I knew what I wanted but had no idea how I would plan, set-up, and execute my wedding the day of. Then I found Kayce Drasher!! The first phone call with Kayce put my worries to rest! I am an organized person but there are a lot of details I did not think of. Kayce went through everything with me and if at any time I had a question, she responded quickly. I had no worries on the day of the wedding besides being the bride! Kayce coordinated vendors, necessary decorating details, flowers for the family, coordinating times for the wedding party entrance, my entrance, cake cutting, etc. I am beyond grateful that we hired her for our wedding!
