2. Simplify the Menu

Instead of a multi-course meal, opt for a simpler and more budget-friendly menu. Consider serving a buffet-style meal or a cocktail reception with heavy hors d’oeuvres. This can help reduce catering costs while still providing a delightful dining experience for your guests.
